Qualifications:

• Collaborative team player with a focus on shared goals
• Commitment to transparent and open communication
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Experience serving on a nonprofit board or relevant lived experience
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct
• Interest in and willingness to support BoHs’ goals and objectives
• Pass a background check
• Proficient in using email and technology tools, including cloud services
• Sensitivity and awareness of diverse perspectives and needs
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to responsibilities
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and work-monitoring skills
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
